As an resident advisor, I live and work with diverse groups of students on campus to facilitate administrative tasks and create communities in assigned residential area.

 

This special leadership experience, gives me the opportunities to understand the cultural diversity of this country and practice maintain sustainable relationship with people from different backgrounds.
